Leaves of 3 LLC Terms & Conditions 

By contacting Leaves of 3, you, the client, are in agreement with our company's terms and conditions as follows:​

- Leaves of 3 LLC is NOT responsible for urushiol contamination, nor damage to property (trees, fences, lawns, plants, houses, or any other occurrences where we work.)​

-The client is responsible for notifying neighbors and others of whom our removals will be regarding in the service area. Client is responsible for acquiring permission(s) to access all areas where services are to be performed.

Free Estimation Service ​:
- Client is REQUIRED to notify us of what, when, and how much chemical has been applied. We reserve the right REFUSE, to charge an ADDITIONAL HAZARD FEE  (>/= $5500) and/or TERMINATE AT ANY POINT of service if poisons have been or believed to have been applied or sprayed anywhere on property.​ Cancer risks are known to be high in certain products and we will STRICTLY NOT tolerate long term endangerment of our lands & people. 
 

- Disclosure of all eradication attempts such as Bulldozing, Mulching, Smothering of any form, Weed-Trimming, Landscape Paper/Plastic/Trash/Debris, and/or other Weed Barriers (chemicals included),  are required to be disclosed during estimate.​ Leaves of 3 ONLY guarantees areas serviced and without any of the forementioned discoveries. New areas can be added and serviced with additional cost. If any previous eradication attempts, known or unknown, change the labor hours required, original quote is voided, then we will notify client immediately and propose a revised plan. Guarantee voided automatically if previous removal attempts, known or unknown, intentional or accidentally, are discovered while payment will still be required.

- Estimates are Free within an hour of our office. Gas & Time compensation for traveling charges on anything over an hour one way may be requested beforehand..

Cancellations:​

- Removal cancellation fee is 10% of removal cost.
~ Estimation cancellation fee is free w/ 24 hour notice, otherwise $25.

All Information, phrases, terms, procedures, skills, trade secrets, products, tools, but not limited to, are ALL property of Leaves of 3 LLC and are not for public use or private replications of any means. We do NOT condone competitors of any kind contacting or Accessing this domain.

Payment:

Payment In Full Upon Completion unless noted otherwise. >$1700 total requires down payment upfront. Cash, Check to “Leaves of 3”, CashApp: $Leavesof3, Venmo @Leavesof3llc (2.5% or $10 fee, add before sending), Credit Card Via Venmo (~3.5% fee).

"Guaranteed-Gone'" Removal & Follow-Up plan:

Follow-Up Service can be scheduled via the Service Request form on Leavesof3USA.com.

Follow-Up Removals and Checks do NOT require homeowner to be present, consulted, or explained to.
ANY form of withdrawal of consent to allow us on property is permanent and voids the guarantee.

We notify in advance before arrival.  Any complications of access will prompt a reschedule.

~ the term is for 1 year from original removal. Even after expiration, we normally honor unused additional removals as a courtesy.~ includes two (2) additional removals (including seedlings), or up to ~15% of total initial removal labor hours which ever is fulfilled first. 

STRICT NON-AGGRESSION CLAUSE:
ANY FORM OF PERCIEVED AGGRESSION WILL TERMINATE ANY & ALL CONTRACTUAL AGGREEMENTS WITH IMMEDIATE SEIZURE OF WORK AND CLEAN UP. YOU WILL STILL BE CHARGED THE FULL QUOTED AMOUNT.
